Terms and conditions

This Short-Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Mivo Hospitality AS (org. nr. 928 947 963), located at Langrabben 56, 6013 Ålesund, ("Host"), and the individual(s) or entity booking the property through the booking platform, ("Guest").

1. Rental Property

The Host agrees to rent to the Guest the property as described on the booking engine website, including all relevant details such as address, amenities, and any specific features or rules outlined in the property description.

2. Booking

The Guest agrees to book the rental property for the specified dates and duration through the booking platform.

The booking is subject to availability and acceptance by the Host.

3. Payment

The Guest shall make payment for the total booking amount, including any applicable taxes and fees, in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy specified in the listing on the booking engine.

Payment shall be made using the payment methods accepted by the booking platform.

4. Use of Property

The Guest shall use the rental property solely for temporary accommodation purposes and shall not engage in any illegal activities on the premises.

The Guest shall adhere to any rules or guidelines provided by the Host regarding the use of the property.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Host.

The Guest shall promptly vacate the property by the check-out time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

6. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for the booking shall be specified on the booking platform and agreed upon by the Guest at the time of booking.

7. Liability

The Host shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Guest or their belongings during their stay, unless caused by the Host's negligence.

The Guest is responsible for their own safety and security while on the property.

8. Governing Law

All matters relating to this Agreement are governed by Norwegian law.

The ordinary courts shall settle disputes regarding the Agreement with Møre and Romsdal District Court, Ålesund as the place of jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking through the platform, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
